Verify a document
Use a document’s QR code to compare it with the verification record.
Scan the verification code
For a document that includes an eSerbisyo verification QR code, scan it with a phone camera or a QR reader and open the link. An internet connection is needed to open the verification page.
Compare the details
Check the verification result and compare the details shown with the document in front of you. Do not rely on the presence of a QR image alone. A copied QR image can still lead to a record for a different document.
If the result is missing or does not match
Ask the issuing barangay to check the document. Provide its document or tracking reference where available. If the QR code is blurred or damaged, ask for a readable copy. Do not assume that an unreadable scan alone proves a document is invalid.
Share only what is needed
The verification page may show limited information. For questions about applicant records or supporting files, contact the issuing barangay through its official contact details.
