Document requests
Submit, review, track and receive barangay documents.
Request a document online
Use your barangay’s public page to see the documents currently offered. Requirements and fees can differ by document.
- Choose a document and read the requirements.
- Complete the form and attach the requested supporting files.
- Check the applicant details, purpose and fee before submitting.
- Save the tracking number and follow the payment or collection instructions.
Help a walk-in applicant
Staff can assist residents who visit the barangay hall. Use Walk-in Documents in the sidebar.
- Choose the document type.
- Enter the applicant’s information and collect the required supporting documents.
- Check the details with the applicant before saving.
- Follow the review and payment steps shown for that document.
Review and approve requests
Open Document Requests to review submitted applications. Approval does not replace checking the applicant’s supporting information.
- Open the request and check the information and attachments.
- Use the available correction, approval or rejection action as appropriate.
- Give a clear reason when an action asks for one.
- If another approval is required, wait for the barangay administrator to finish it.
Track and receive a document
Residents can use Track Request with their tracking number and any additional details requested on the page. A document may need approval, payment or a visit to the barangay hall before it can be released.
- Check the current status and read any instructions.
- Download the document when the download option becomes available.
- If the request needs a correction or you cannot find the tracking number, contact the barangay office.
