What you can do

eSerbisyo helps residents request barangay services and helps the barangay office keep its work organized. Available services depend on what your barangay has enabled.

• Request documents online or ask staff for help at the barangay hall.
• Track a request and download a document when it is ready.
• Manage resident and household records, ambulance requests and legislative work when those services are included.

For residents

Open the public page provided by your own barangay. You do not need a staff account to submit a public request.

1. Choose the service you need and read its requirements.
2. Enter accurate details and review any fees before submitting.
3. Keep your tracking number and follow the instructions shown after submission.

For staff and administrators

Use the account issued to you by your administrator. The sidebar shows the work available to your account and barangay.

1. Sign in and complete the requested security check.
2. Choose a section from the sidebar.
3. Review the details before saving, approving or filing anything.

If a service is missing

A service may be unavailable because the barangay has not enabled it, it is outside the current plan, or your account cannot use it. Ask your barangay administrator which services are available.
